NMRFoundation takes a different approach to the traditional charity fund raising philosophy. We like “win-win” situations and have created the NMRF “Partners for Cure” Raffle. The IRS, in their infinite wisdom, has decreed that since there is a possibility of “winning value” the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution!* (see Terms and Conditions)* Have fun while you support the NMRFoundation Mission!

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to, and are binding upon you if you participate in the NMRFoundation Partners for Cure Awards. All participants must indicate agreement by checking the Agreement box above.
PARTICIPATION:
1. Participation in Partners for Cure Awards is at participant s sole option, discretion and risk
2. Participant is solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in their Jurisdiction to participate in Partners for Cure Awards.
3. You may only participate in Partners for Cure Awards if it is legal for you to do so in your Jurisdiction.
4. In addition to 3 above, you may only participate in Partners for Cure Awards if you have attained the legal age of majority within your Jurisdiction.
5. NMRFoundation does not warrant the legality of your participation in Partners for Cure Awards in terms of the laws of your Jurisdiction.
6. NMRFoundation has the right to request you to furnish proof of your identity and age as a condition precedent to your participation in Partners for Cure Awards.
7. All applicable Federal, State, Municipal and Local laws, statutes and regulations apply.
8. Participation void where prohibited by Law
9. Participation currently limited to the United States only.
10. NMRFoundation officers, employees, Board Members, volunteers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in Partners for Cure Awards.
PARTICIPANTS WARRANTIES:
1. Participant warrants and represents that he/she is legally able to participate in Partners for Cure Awards under the laws pertinent within their Jurisdiction
2. Participant warrants and represents that he/she is an  adult , having attained the age of majority within their Jurisdiction.
3. By entering Partners for Cure Awards, participant warrants and represents that he/she has read, understood and agrees to abide by, these Rules and Regulations
PUBLICITY:
1. In the event Participant wins a prize in Partners for Cure Awards, he/she agrees to permit NMRFoundation to publish their name on the NMRFoundation Web Site as a prize winner along with identification of the prize(s) won.
2. Upon request by NMRFoundation, winner agrees to provide a current photo of them self for use in connection with publicity promoting NMRFoundation and/or Partners for Cure Awards.
3. At Winner s sole discretion, he/she agrees to cooperate with NMRFoundation in promotional activities as requested and described from time to time. Agreement to participate shall not be unreasonably withheld.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Participant, entry purchaser, must be of legal age in the State of Arizona at time of purchase. It is not necessary to be a resident of the State of Arizona but one must be physically present in the State of Arizona at the time of the initial entry purchase. Only one (1) individual may be identified as an entry purchaser.
2. Entries may be purchased on-line only by any major credit card accepted by PayPal
3. Receipt will be E-mailed to purchaser at time of purchase.
4. First $10.00 entry fee includes 1 year complimentary membership in the NMRFoundation  Partners for Cure  (PFC). A membership identification number will be issued and will appear on the entry receipt and on all subsequent correspondence and contact with the PFC member.
5. A ticket unique identification number will appear on each entry ticket in addition to the assigned PFC membership identification number
6. The receipt provided at time of purchase is the only confirmation that will be provided as proof of entry. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!

DESCIPTION:
1. This is an on-going raffle. When the predetermined number of tickets for a specific  prize  have been purchased, the computer automatically triggers a random drawing from the tickets recorded and the winner is selected. Cycle is repeated so long as tickets are purchased. Winners are notified and prizes shipped to address on record, as provided by participant.
2. Many prizes are purchased from Costco E-Commerce catalog and carry the Costco warranty
3. Prizes may differ from those shown, due to inventory fluctuations, however will be similar and of equal or greater value.
4. Number of tickets required to generate a  drawing  is shown at each prize photo.
5. Number of tickets currently purchased is shown at each prize photo.
INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
1. Participant indemnifies and holds harmless the NMRFoundation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers and any subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or other) arising from participation in Partners for Cure Awards
SEVERABILITY:
1. If any part of these Rules and Regulations is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be severable from the rest of these Rules and Regulations and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Rules and Regulations. In such cases, the part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be amended in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
1. Shipping and Handling costs of Prizes won are paid by NMRFoundation, Partners for Cure Awards, so long as the winners shipping address is within the Continental United States of America. Method of shipment shall be by U.S. Parcel Post, Federal Express, or UPS, surface or air at the discretion of NMRFoundation. Every reasonable attempt shall be made to achieve delivery within ten (10) calendar days from notice of winning.
2. If the winner is located outside the Continental United States, the winner will be given the option to pay the shipping price, or to forfeit the prize.
TAXES:
1. All applicable taxes, including Federal, State, Municipal and Local, shall be paid by NMRFoundation, Partners for Cure Awards.
IRS RULING:
1. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
