OPERATING PHILOSOPHY
The operating philosophy of NMRF encompasses the “win – win” concept. Relationships are structured for optimum assurance that all participants receive acceptable returns from that relationship. The principles of honesty, integrity, accountability and responsibility shall factor into all NMRF operations. Partnering with “Youth Across America” to introduce them to the world of philanthropy and the joy of giving is a basic part of the NMRF Operating Philosophy.
FUND RAISING PHILOSOPHY:
The fund raising philosophy of NMRF is designed to assure continuing operating independence. The preferred method of fund raising is through creative, entrepreneurial programs carefully structured to assure maintenance of independence and that each approved program is in compliance with “win-win” principles. Encumbrance-free donations are welcome.
VOLUNTEER PHILOSOPHY:
Volunteer participation creates an environment of community relationships structured to enhance the NMRF image and encourage support. A Volunteer program can provide cost effective access to a vast pool of experience, knowledge and expertise.
